Come on down an try Olympic Wrestling with our new coach Fahad Naderi-Rad.
Fahad comes from Iran which is where he gained 30 years experience learning the ancient art of wrestling. During this time Fahad had many success’s winning National Champion of Iran and competing in many world championships.
Fahads classes are run from beginner to advanced level and taught in an authentic traditional style the same way he learned building strength, speed, athleticism, technique and is also a great addition to any mixed martial artist
Fully equipped weights gym
We have a fully equipped weights gym which will cost $30 per month for members who sign up for 12 month contract and from March 1st the prices will be different. After March 1st the prices will be $50 per month for 12 month contract or $90 per month cash no contract.
$55 per month for non members who sign up for 12 month contract by March 1st. After March 1st the prices will be $80 per month 12 months contract or $140 per month cash no contract.
PT also available for the weight, conditioning and fitness training.
Fight Night of the Condor 2, Perth October 8
Fitness N Fight Centre promotes the second edition of the Night of the Condor held on Saturday October 8 at Hellenic Centre on Northbridge.
The show will include muay thai, mixed martial arts and boxing bouts on the card featuring Steve Kennedy, Melanne Rosetta, Shantaram, Maharaj, Aaron Spurge , Jordan Weir…

Muay Thai Kickboxing Personal Training in Perth
Private 1-on-1 Muay Thai Kickboxing Sessions or Private classes is quite popular these days. It definitely helps to learn and develop your skills faster and more comprehensive.
The obvious benefit is a personal trainer where he is fully concentrated on one person only. So you get the whole amount of attention.
Personal training is based on your individual goals. It can be intensive or gentle depending on what you are trying to achieve.
The standard private session is one hour with ten minutes warm-up which also includes foot-work to gain coordination and stretching for body flexibility. It is followed by pad work to learn proper muay thai kickboxing techniques and/or bag work for power and stamina. The standard classes usually end with circuit training as push-ups, sit-ups, etc.
Kickboxing private classes can be also good if you train with a friend. I mean it’s a combat sport right, so having a partner to work with will be good too. It’s like a mini group of two students and a trainer. It’s easier this way to work on some specific exercises like low-kick checking or middle-kick catch and stuff like that. It’s a good fun also to ‘push’ each other and cheer when one of you is more tired than another for example.
Muay Thai can be good for females also as a self defense course. Thai-bo and kick boxing for fitness is very popular since long, it’s some sort of aerobics with imitation of kicking and punching, I also believe it is very good for coordination and cardio first of all. Though I am talking about the actual self defense class that works, as muay thai itself as a martial art has quite a few skills which are pretty much deadly. Most of all those elbows that can leave a massive cut or knock another person out. Where there is no need for yourself to be a heavyweight or have an incredible power. It is a simple skill to be used.

Muay Thai Kick Boxing Group Classes
Come down on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm and Saturday 11 am to attend our group classes.
Starting from a good warm up, coordination foot work, stretching… which is followed by techniques, with a partner and/or pad work. We also do pad work for fitness and work on the boxing bags. At the end some physical exercises. Fox experience athletes we have training – sparing sessions on Thursday’s too.
Great fun, nice people… Men and women Welcome! Yeah it’s a fight sport too where we teach how to self defend and we build champions in the ring!
FFC welcomes Sergii Ivashyn – New BOXING coach
Former boxing champion and experienced trainer. Sergii fought both amateur and professional and brings a wealth of boxing knowledge and expertise from his international experience.
With an impressive record (Ukraine National Champion 1992, Amateur Record -127/8 37-k.o. Professional Record -10/1/1 4-k.o.) and noted achievements in training fighters in preparation for world titles, Sergii brings a fresh approach to the boxing element of FFC.
Sergii’s classes are a unique blend of technical skills and fitness drills, partner work and bag work, and are managed in a way that allows all abilities to train together and learn from each other.
Whether you box as a professional, amateur, or simply want to lose weight and improve fitness, you are welcome to train at FFC. For fighters we are able to offer unrivalled training and management, and a long term commitment to you and your career. For those who wish to train but not to compete we have many classes and training options, all are welcome.
